Yes. I connected the computer directly to the ISP modem and it connected to the internet perfectly fine. I also tried connecting another computer to the router (Netgear) to see if maybe it was something about the computer creating the problem, but I still had the same problem. Neither computer could connect trhough the router to the ISP modem.
