Hello. Been a virgin customer since NTL days with no major issues. since Last year or so been getting constant WiFi and loss of connections. The WiFi issue you can blame on walls etc, but why do I lose connection even tho the WiFi lights a still lit Correctly. Even bought a ethernet cable to connect
I speak to the engineer who confirms there should be an issue; the connection required is literally 10ft from the house entry point.
